A really good friend took me out to this place before. I'll be going to it quite a bit within the next few weeks. The first time I went there, it was around 10:00. I felt absolutely dreadful. I got out of the car and it was about 55 degrees and there was no wind whatsoever and I didn't need a jacket. As I got to the middle of the bridge, it cold stone cold. Every time I would exhale, I could see my breath standing in the air (if that makes any sense.) There was a part near the middle of the bridge where it felt like my whole body went completely stiff and I COULD NOT move. I heard the sound of a rope swinging and it felt like someone was strangling me. I had my phone flashlight on and my phone went from 80 percent charged to 10 percent charged and shut off. This place feels like it's the bridge (no pun intended haha) to the other side.

I literally grew up here and have been on that bridge several times at night just walking and even in my car. I have NEVER heard or seen anything out of the ordinary. I don't know if there was really a Lickford man who killed people, if there was...he isn't haunting anyone and neither are his "slaves".

When you cross the bridge, is the road immediately on the right?

So you have to drive over the bridge or past the road the bridge is on?
