Hello i wanted to introduce myself and give some background. I am an amateur genealogist and am a member of findagrave.com. While transcribing cemeteries I took a picture that had an unexplained mist. Well since then my son and I have been taking other pictures and have had orbs (which i thought were bull until i saw them one minute and they were gone the next) and other experiences. I would like to post a couple pictures that we have taken. Should i do that here or on another Forum? Thanks KIM

Hope i post this correctly. This picture is the first one that we took. Camera batteries had gone dead thru 2 sets of batteries also. Taken in 2007 As u can see it was taken before dark. i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm220/kdonley_2008/S6300851.jpg" Taken about a week ago at the same Cemetery. Once again Batteries went dead we tried 2 diff sets of batteries and finally put the original batteries back in and they worked. i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm220/kdonley_2008/IMG_0254.jpgThis one was just taken last night. If u enlarge the picture you will see my son standing and he has an orb right over his head plus there are 3 other ones in the picture. When this was taken it was not noticed. As i was uploading it to photobucket this evening is when i noticed it. i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm220/kdonley_2008/IMG_0183.jpgLast night we also took my future daughter in law so that we could have another witness. First set of batteries went dead as did the second finally the third set worked. When we left my son put the original batteries back in and they started working and continue to work today. My future daughter in law also had trouble with her camera and she also took pictures with lights and orbs. We took pictures at 3 other graveyards that day with nothing. This is the only one that has issues such as the batteries and orbs...etc.... I would love to have some honest feedback. Thanks KIM

Welcome, and cool pics! I'm not too sure about the first two, but I believe the orbs in the third are more than likely just dust.

Welcome to the forum! Heres my opinion of the pictures (I'm not a professional picture person LOL) This one looks like the flash is reflecting off the headstone. I'm not sure how or why, just looks like that headstone is very bright. This on the orbs look to be the flash reflecting off the dew on the grass. Almost all my night pictures have this in them. The white "fog" at the bottom looks like the flash reflecting off a headstone that maybe just out of the cameras view.

Thanks for your input. What about the other one? I have others also with lights in them. This graveyard is behind a church and in back as u can see are woods. Are these all reflections also? Where the lights are, are all woods no lights at all. I really appreciate u looking at these for me. Thanks KIM

This one is interesting. I still say the faint orbs are just the flash reflecting off the wet grass and trees. But the 2 bright dots in the center, I have no idea what those could be. Possibly a raccoon since they climb trees at night. And between the 3rd and 4th pictures you posted, the dots don't seem to move. The blue orb is very interesting. Wicked has a web page saved that describes what the different color orbs mean. Lets see what she has to say.
