I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I’m originally from a small town in Ohio and moved to Indiana about 5 years ago. I believe that the house that I lived in as a child was haunted. I truly believe that their was someone other than my family living there. I was never scared of the sensations, noise and the smells that I would sense. Even my father who does not believe (or so he states he does not) has admitted to hearing and seeing things. He even came home from work one day and said that the house smell like someone had just put out smoke, and no one in the home has ever smoked!!
Indiana was a different story. From about the first few weeks or so that I lived with my husband, in the original family farm I thought something was different. I believe that my husband’s grandmother was still with us! In the house and things would always happen when my husband was not home. I would tell him about what happen and he would say that I was just hearing things. Until the day that he was home when it sounded like someone thru all of my dishes onto the floor and of course he did not want to do down and investigate the noise and nothing was move. But when his grandfather die last spring the noises stopped that is why I think that this was grandma.
