The entities, the beings that inhabit the State Prison in New Castle IN is from the previous inhabitants. Before it was a prison, the site, the grounds, was New Castle State Hospital. There was a lot of not natural deaths there. I know this because my 1/2 brother was there and he was murdered there in 1986. If this interests anyone i can be contacted here.
