reflection or mist?

Ok so I was out back the other day and took some pics trying to figure out if power lines were responsible for the orbs I keep getting in my pics. My boys were out there with me and kept asking to have their pics taken (camera hogs I swear!) so I turned and took one of my youngest son (the one that always feels a "tapping" on his shoulder) and this is what I came up with. Is it just a reflection from the banner behind him or is it something else? I took the second one right after the first and had barely changed positions.

its like he has an aurora around him, but you would think if you took the same pic again the same effect would be there but its not. I have seen this a few times but they are on rare occasion. i'd say you have something, what i do is take continious pics like a strand of 5 or 6 in a row. that will better determine if something is there.

lol i did take quite a few but my camera went dumb for some reason. everything looked blurry or off colors. just weird stuff.
