We may have to take you up on that at some point, but until things start to pick up around here having a real website might be too much for nothing. Although, I'm sure The Force has gotten the majority of their hits through their website, as opposed to their forum.

Hi! I live in Jeffersonville which is 10 minutes from this location. Over the years I have made many trips to the castle. Last weekend a team of 8 and myself conducted an investigation and plan to revisit very soon.
We were fortunate to capture a very clear EVP. Some of the personal experiences include a hand reaching out at one of the members and numerous cold spots. We all did have at least one experiance.
We had a confirmed medium with us and she feels the area is very dark, that the haunting is some what evil or that there is at least one evil spirit.
I did notice that being inside the dwelling immediately after you cross the makeshift bridge, it does have a sense of safety. You feel a different sensation inside there and the air is not as heavy either.
As far as Shanda, my family knew hers and she was taken to this location under the pretense that the girl she was killed over was waiting for her there. The location back then was not as overgrown as it is now and the group was concerned someone would spot them and so they only remained there for a very short time and then headed to Madison In were she was killed.
If you all need any info about this location or history please give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org

OK in the oil painting it shows a door on the round room by the bridge but at the castle the door is not there but the round room is, looks like a door was never there. also We have discovered that under the main living room is another room but it has been filled, looks like someone was trying to dig it out or somthing.
Hi i've also been to the Witche's Castle, I live in Jeffersonville, I have a couple of picture's of the old well that's been sealed up and the wooden bridge.I would like to see your picture of the painting, i'm curious as to how it looked in it's younger days.
Alright, so me and a few of my friends visit the Witches Caslte quite often. Recently we noticed writing on the wall (which can be seen in the pictures on the first page of this thread) that says "Quam Creo Vitus Mortuus." Doing some research, we found out it means something along the lines of "Who was burned in a car that is dead." This is obviously referring to Shanda Sharer, who was murdered on Lemon Road, Indiana. Before she was killed she was taken to the Witches Castle and beaten. Why has no one else noticed this before? What could it mean?
As previously stated, I said "Quam Creo Vitus Mortuus" means "Who was burned in a car that is dead." More reliably, I now KNOW it means "How to create the living dead." What I'm still wondering, though is the word "Vitus." Considering there is no word "Vitus" in the Latin dictionary, it was probably a mispell and the writer meant to write "Victus" which means, in this case, "living." I'm wondering if "How to create the living dead" means "How to kill someone" or "How to bring back the dead." Either way, it is a mystery. I also remember a friend telling me of an experience back in 2006 where she was driving past the Witches Castle and people in black hoods and capes kept attempting to run in front of her car. I'm very worried some sort of rituals are being held there. Please feel free to comment.
